Welcome to Custom Confections! My name is Tammy Burke, and I am the owner/cake designer. 

WE'VE MOVED!!!   We are now located in the Galleria Pointe Shopping Center on Houston Lake Road right across from the Galleria Mall (Centerville). We are in Suite L, and our new number is 478-953-8378.  We hope to see you there!!  

About me: I started taking cake decorating classes at age 14 after many years of practicing with my "Easy Bake Oven" -- more than 20 years ago. My love for confectionary arts grew over the years as I searched for additional classes, books, videos, anything showing new techniques. I started entering cake shows when I was 20, and still enjoy the competition today. During my first competition I took First Place in all five entries. My most recent accolade was winning First Place and receiving the Award of Excellence in the 2006 and 2007 Georgia National Fair cake decorating contest (rolled fondant division).Over the years, I have worked my way up to judging in a local show, and have conducted Sugar Art Demonstrations at the Georgia National Fair. I have also have experience teaching professional cake decorating.

I look forward to serving the Centerville community and surrounding Middle Georgia area with an "enthusiastic" approach to the confectionary arts! Feel free to contact me with any questions, or suggestions!
